Sleepy Hallow Comes Through With “The Black House” EP

Sleepy Hallow The Black House

Expanding the textural and melodic palette of Brooklyn drill, Sleepy Hallow is the borough’s latest breakout star. Treating his fans to a fresh dose of fire, Sleepy shares The Black House EP. Building on the style he developed for his recent project Sleepy For President, Sleepy reconnects with frequent producer Great John to reflect on how his newfound success is affecting his day-to-day life.

The new EP explores Sleepy’s conflicting emotions, packed with flexes that befit a rising superstar, counterbalanced with explorations of the deep paranoia that comes with success. The EP features two appearances from Sleepy’s favorite rhyme partner Sheff G, including “Don’t Panic Pt. 2,” the sequel to a Sleepy For President highlight, and a spiritual continuation of Sheff G’s “Panic” series of drill anthems. Featuring an additional appearance from fellow Brooklynite Jay GwuapoThe Black House EP arrives via Winners Circle/EMPIRE.
